Who We Are
FLAGG Advisory is an independent international consultancy providing senior-level advisory, applied research and technical assistance to development partners, financial institutions, investors and private-sector organisations. The firm is domiciled in France and works internationally, with particularly strong experience across Africa, Europe and emerging markets.
Our work sits at the intersection of finance, livelihoods, agriculture and green growth. We support clients that need to mobilise capital, improve access to finance, strengthen financial institutions, design better products and facilities, understand markets and outcomes, or convert strategy into practical implementation.
