Selected Earlier Implementation Experience
FLAGG principals also bring substantial hands-on programme and transaction experience, including large USAID agriculture and agribusiness programmes in Rwanda and Liberia, agricultural and SME finance strategy assignments in Africa and Eastern Europe, credit-guarantee and leasing programmes, rural-finance product development, investment-facility management and financial-sector reform.
This breadth is useful because FLAGG’s evaluation and advisory work is informed by direct experience of implementation: building teams, managing facilities, training financial institutions, developing products, working with borrowers and investors, and being accountable for programme results.

The principals have delivered assignments financed by or undertaken for organisations including the European Union, World Bank, European Investment Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, KfW, GIZ, AFD/PROPARCO, African Development Bank, USAID, OECD, CGAP, development banks, commercial banks, microfinance institutions, investment funds and international NGOs.
